favorite fall coffee orders

The Pumpkin Spice Latte has been back at Starbucks for several weeks now and I’m just basic enough to be happy about it. Y’all may remember me sharing my favorite low calorie coffee orders HERE, but now that fall is almost here (even if Houston weather doesn’t agree), it’s time to share an updated list with my favorite fall coffee orders. Not all of these are low calorie, as I like to occasionally indulge in something way too sweet and delicious during the fall months. Anyone else?!
FAVORITE FALL STARBUCKS COFFEE ORDERS:
1. Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew- This one is on the menu making it easy to order, and it’s delicious. I love it just as is, but some people recommend adding half and half if you prefer your drinks a little on the sweeter side. Personally I think it’s the perfect mix of pumpkin and sweet cream, with just the right amount of coffee flavor.
2. Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte (90 calories)- How to order: Grande iced coffee with no classic, 1 pump pumpkin, 3 pumps sugar free vanilla, and light cream. This drink is SO good and won’t break your sugar intake for the day. This is one of my longest running fall favorites.
3. Hot Apple Chai- Not technically coffee but needs to make the list for it’s tasty flavor and fall feels. This drink was customer-created and has gone somewhat viral because it’s made using the same chai base in the chai tea latte, but instead of milk, steamed apple juice is added to the mix. If you like apple cider, you’ll love this drink.
4. Pumpkin Pie Frappuccino- How to order: Cream based pumpkin spice frappuccino with whipped cream blended in, cinnamon, dolce syrup (3 pumps venti, 2 pumps grande, 1 pump tall). This is my favorite frappuccino in the fall since I’m a huge pumpkin pie lover. It’s like pumpkin pie meets ice cream all blended together and it’s the best treat on a hot Houston fall day :).
5. Nutella Frappuccino- Another indulgence and one that’s not as “fall” but still should make the list for it’s how tasty it is. How to order: -Coffee frappuccino, Mocha syrup, Hazelnut syrup, whipped cream. If you love Nutella, you need this drink in your life. Probably not the lowest on the calorie scale but #worthit.
6. Salted Caramel Cold Brew (90 calories)- Another low calorie option that has just the right hint of caramel+coffee mixed. How to order: Grande cold brew with 1 pump of sugar free vanilla, 1 pump toffee nut, 1 pump skinny mocha, and light cream. If you prefer this drink hot, just order it with Americano instead of Cold Brew and it’s just as good!
7. Warm Sugar Cookie- Another one for the non-coffee drinkers, but needed to make the list regardless. I order this drink in the evenings when I want a treat without staying up until 3am. How to order: White Mocha Hot Chocolate, add hazelnut syrup (1 pump tall, 2 grande, 3 venti), add vanilla syrup (1 pump tall, 2 grande, 3 venti), sprinkle raw sugar on top. This drink just tastes like home in a cup.
Have you tried any of these? What’s your go-to Starbucks order? I do love coffee from other places (shout-out to Momentum Coffee here in Spring that has the BEST Lavender Lattes with the lavender syrup made fresh in-house). Starbucks is just convenient and easiest to share with all of you since it’s a chain most all of us have and love. I am excited for McDonald’s holiday coffees because their Peppermint Mocha is so good! But to be honest, I’m just excited for the holidays in general. Cheers to a new week!
