copycat Starbucks pink drink recipe

Now that summer is officially here, it’s time to swap out the hot Starbucks drinks for the tasty iced creations. That can break the bank though, so I wanted to find a way to make my favorite Starbucks Pink Drink at home. I tried multiple recipes on Pinterest but they were all fails. Some tasted nothing like the real deal, one was straight up purple, and some were off just enough to make me want to keep attempting the perfect concoction. After much trial and error, I finally created a copycat recipe that tastes almost identical to the Starbuck’s Pink Drink!

You’ll need:
1 cup White Cranberry Strawberry Juice Cocktail
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp. simple syrup
handful of sliced strawberries
2 tbsp. TAZO Iced Passion Tea (optional)

Step one: Slice up a handful of strawberries and set aside.

Step two: In a bowl, stir together one cup of juice, 1 tbsp. simple syrup, and 2 tbsp. tea (optional). The tea just gives a little more a fruity flavor; I prefer it but the drink it still delicious if you don’t have it on hand.

Step 3: Pour juice mixture into glass with ice and top with strawberries.
Step 4: Pour 1 cup coconut milk over strawberries, stir, and enjoy!

Tip: If you want your drink a little more fruity and less creamy, use less milk and more juice.

What’s your favorite drink from Starbucks? I’d love some ideas on what to recreate next!
