Valentine's Day Grazing Boards

With Valentine’s Day less than two weeks away, I wanted to share some easy grazing boards to make for the occasion. They’re perfect for a movie/wine night in with your significant other, or surprise your kids with with some sugary goodness after school. Sharing both options below!

For the sweet tooth:

I had so much fun putting this board together! Y’all know I have a big time sweet tooth, so this is right up my alley. When making any kind of grazing board, I always try and focus on a color scheme. Obviously taste is most important, but colors really play a role in making the board aesthetically pleasing. For this one, I opted for whites, pinks, and reds. The boys had fun decorating the cookies with a cookie coloring kit we found at Walmart. So much fun, in fact, that we decided to make a Valentine’s Day charcuterie board…

For the meat & cheese lover:

For the charcuterie board, I went with the same color scheme but it was a little trickier to find in salty foods. Had I waited a few more weeks to make these (I made them back in mid-January), I would’ve had a lot more luck with finding heart-shaped foods. I see so many things in the stores now I wish I could’ve included on these boards but they weren’t out yet at the time. The small red round crackers are from Trader Joe’s, and the pink hexagon crackers are from HEB. The board itself is from Amazon but sold out at the moment. The white heart-shaped bowl and cheese utensils are from Kroger. The salami roses were actually fun and really easy to make! I secured them with toothpicks but they didn’t last long as we snacked away on them soon after.

Are you into the charcuterie board trend? Which is your preference, salty or sweet?! Kind of thinking we need another one for the Super Bowl this weekend.
