this one's for the girls: girls night in ideas

Cue the Martina McBride…that’s all I can hear now. I just wanted to share some fun photos from a shoot I did with my friend Kylee and Yash a couple months ago. Whether you’re giving your patio a refresh or wanting some fun pieces for the kitchen, MacKenzie-Childs Courtly Check is always a favorite!

5 Girls’ Night In Ideas:
1. Netflix binge- The obvious choice for any girls’ night in, just put on a good show and keep the wine flowing. Bonus points for a tasty charcuterie board.

2. Book it- Start a book club with your best girls! If you have friends who don’t like (or have time) to read, choose books that have been adapted into movies so everyone can participate in the discussion.

3. Zen retreat- Clear out the living room furniture and make room for yoga mats, big comfy pillows, candles, etc. Serve healthy snacks, tea, and fruit-infused water. Tell everyone to wear their yoga pants and do restorative yoga or group meditation. Might sound silly but everyone will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

4. Swap stuff- Plan an entire night around swapping items you already own. Get new-to-you gifts such as clothes, books, shoes, exercise gear, cooking tools, or home furnishings, and find a new home for the stuff you're not using. A great way to repurpose items and anything unwanted can be donated.

5. Tasting party- Ask everyone to bring mini portions of their favorite dish and host a tasting party.

What are some of your favorite ways to hang with the ladies? I’d love to hear!
