save vs. splurge: casual chic
I hope you’re having a great week and staying warm! It’s finally cooled down here in Houston and we’re enjoying some sweater weather (when it’s not raining, of course). I’m normally so ready for spring by this point, but we’ve missed out on winter so much this year that I’m finding myself holding on to these last cold days. March starts our spring (sometimes summer) in Houston.
I’ve been making more save vs. splurge graphics and it’s good to be back! They’re so much fun to make; I love the thrill of the hunt. I actually own all of the “save” pieces in this collage and I can speak to the fact that they’re great quality for the price. I’ve worn this shacket more times than I’d like to admit. I actually wore this exact outfit to our neighbors’ house on Christmas evening for dinner and it was the perfect mix of cute/comfy enough to eat all the Chinese food. A tradition, by the way, we fully plan on continuing.
